Hi, I'm Anna.
I'm the founder of Strong & Healthy. I'm a coach, lifelong athlete, and someone who's been on every side of the health journey. I built this practice because I was tired of watching women try and fail with cookie-cutter programs that don't account for their hormones, schedule, history, or actual life.
My approach blends real nutrition, smart training, and the deeper tools (peptides, supplementation, lab-informed guidance) so you build a body that performs and a relationship with food and movement that finally feels easy.
